After you've made your final flooring choice, we provide a comprehensive written estimate for your examination. Should you decide to move forward, we'll place an order for the required flooring materials and coordinate the installation timeline with you. It's important to note that we ask for a 50% down payment based on the total estimate before initiating the installation phase. The remaining balance is settled at the time of the final walk-through, and only after you are fully content with your newly installed floor.

Opting for an initial visit to our showroom allows you to explore a variety of wood samples and engage in a consultation about your specific interests and needs. Feel free to take some samples home to better visualize how they'll match with your existing décor. If you're looking to harmonize your new flooring with existing cabinetry, bringing along a drawer or cabinet door for color matching is highly recommended. Following your showroom visit, we'll set up an appointment for an in-home measurement. During this visit, we conduct an exhaustive evaluation of the designated area and discuss any unique requirements or characteristics you'd like your new flooring to possess.
